Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage management's calendars, travel arrangements, visa applications, and venue logistics for meetings. Liaison & Discretion: Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality on sensitive matters. Personal Admin: Coordinate management's personal payments, credit card bills, and errands with the Finance team. HR Support: Assist with employee attendance, HR documentation, corporate events, and welfare activities.
