About this role
Responsibilities Develop and optimize skincare and cosmetic formulations based on project requirements and customer briefs. Conduct laboratory testing, including stability, compatibility, and performance evaluations, while troubleshooting formulation and product quality issues. Support raw material evaluation, pilot trials, scale-up activities, and production to ensure successful product commercialization. Ensure formulations comply with GMP and relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, QA/QC, Regulatory, Sales, and Production to support new product development and continuous improvement.
