IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities Analysebusiness needs and translate them into clear, delivery-ready requirements Maintain requirements, backlog items, decisionlogs, and project documentation Support workshops, requirements clarificationsessions, and stakeholder discussions Perform impact analysis and identify gaps,risks, assumptions, and dependencies Support testing activities, defect triage, andbusiness validation Build and maintain project knowledge repositories and working documentation Assist with project coordination, action tracking, follow-ups, and delivery preparation Key Requirements 3–7years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or a related domain Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills Experience creating user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and supporting delivery documentation Comfortable working with developers, architects, testers, and other technical stakeholders Able to understand APIs, integrations, dataflows, and system interactions at a functional level Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and Azure DevOps is preferred Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills Able to navigate complex projects involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and dependencies Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
