Talk Your Heart Out (TYHO) provides easy access to quality therapy, both online and in-person. We are looking for counsellors to join our well-qualified and vetted pool of Therapists. What We Look For We have a rigorous selection process and require: A minimum master's degree in psychology or counselling from a recognised university Peak body membership , preferably, an SAC, SPS or equivalent membership Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience conducting one-on-one therapy as a mental health therapist Alignment with TYHO values: You are non-judgemental, empathetic in interactions with clients, and sensitive to diverse backgrounds (eg sexual orientations, cultural identities, or language abilities). Committed professional: You are a self-driven individual with a growth mindset who holds themselves to the highest standards. You are motivated to continuously learn new skills, seek client feedback, and consult with your supervisor regularly to ensure you are always delivering high quality therapy services. Comfortable with tech: A fast and stable internet connection, along with a personal computer or tablet!
