Job Summary You will lead efforts to enhance patient safety and care quality as a senior clinical staff member. You will also provide clinical supervision and leadership to junior doctors and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Deliver and continuously improve safe, high-quality patient care through active clinical practice Lead and supervise junior doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols Apply specialist medical knowledge and skills to manage complex clinical cases effectively Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and clinical workflows Mentor and support junior staff in clinical decision-making and professional development Required competencies and certifications Hold a Basic Medical Degree and Postgraduate qualifications registrable with the Singapore Medical Council Possess Specialist Registration with the Singapore Medical Council accredited by the Ministry of Health Specialist Accreditation Board Completed specialist training accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board with relevant experience as a senior specialist Maintain active clinical practice status Applications must be submitted through NHG Career Webpage (corp.nhg.com.sg/Careers), TTSH Career Webpage (www.ttshhr.com), or JobStreet Singapore (jobstreet.com.sg) only.
