Job Title: Field Coach – Luxury Retail Location: Singapore Role Overview The Field Coach is responsible for driving retail excellence across multiple boutiques by developing team capabilities, elevating client experience, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards. This role partners closely with store leadership to enhance performance, with a strong focus on sales, clienteling, and talent development. Key Responsibilities Retail Performance & Coaching Partner with store leaders to drive sales performance and achieve business targets. Conduct regular in-store coaching sessions to elevate selling techniques, with a strong focus on high jewelry. Identify performance gaps and implement tailored coaching plans to improve individual and team results. Support the execution of sales strategies and ensure alignment across all boutiques. Client Experience Excellence Reinforce luxury service standards and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client experiences. Guide teams on advanced clienteling techniques to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients. Monitor and elevate in-store service behaviors through observation and feedback. Talent Development Develop and implement structured coaching programs to build a high-performing retail team. Mentor store managers and team leaders on leadership capabilities and people development. Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning initiatives. Operational & Brand Standards Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and brand guidelines across all locations. Support store operations by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless retail execution. Reporting & Analysis Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular feedback and reports to retail leadership on store performance and coaching outcomes. Requirements Proven experience in luxury retail, with exposure to high jewelry (HJ) is a plus. Previous experience in store management or multi-store support role. Strong coaching and training capabilities with a passion for people development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales performance and drive results. Experience working with high-net-worth clientele. Ability to travel across multiple store locations as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a regional or field coaching role within luxury retail. Strong understanding of the Singapore luxury market. Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
