Football Coach (Freelance)

Job Description: At Tasek Academy and Social Services, we believe in utilising sports as a means of holistic development of children and youth in our community. As a Tasek Sailors football coach, you will be key to ourefforts in instilling positive values and life skills through the beautifulgame of football. Responsibilities Lead and manage the training and development of an assigned team (Girls: U14 / U17 / Open | Boys: U15 / U16 / U17 / U19). Plan and deliver structured coaching sessions aligned with the team’s development stage, focusing on physical, technical, tactical, and psychological growth. Conduct training sessions at either the East or West Centre , depending on team allocation and programme needs. Identify and nurture individual player potential through progressive training methods and personalised feedback. Mentor and support players in their personal development, promoting discipline, resilience, and character both on and off the field. Collaborate closely with other coaches and staff to ensure alignment with Tasek Sailors’ overall football philosophy and developmental objectives. Prepare the team for competitions through match preparation, performance analysis, and constructive post-match reviews. Maintain administrative standards , including attendance records, player assessments, and match reports in a timely manner. Participate actively in coaches’ meetings, training reviews, and professional development initiatives. Available to work on Saturdays .
