Regional Sales Engineer Regional role with exposure to multiple Southeast Asia markets Opportunity to work with innovative scientific and life science technologies. About the Role We are seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to drive business growth across Southeast Asia through distributor and channel partners. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in life sciences, laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, analytical instruments or related industries who enjoys managing regional markets and developing channel networks. You will be responsible for supporting distributors, identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across assigned markets. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales performance. Monitor distributor performance and provide regular business reviews. Develop and implement sales strategies with distributors. Support distributor training, sales planning, and account development activities Identify and develop new market opportunities Expand market presence and increase sales through channel partners Work closely with distributors to generate and convert sales opportunities Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets Support product launches and distributor training programs. Collaborate with distributors on exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities. Provide product and marketing materials to support business development efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's Degee in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Science and Engineering or a related discipline 3–5 years of sales experience in Life Science, Scientific Instruments, Laboratory Equipment, Analytical Instruments, Medical Devices, or related industries Experience managing distributors, channel partners, or regional accounts Able to work independently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment Willing to travel within Southeast Asia (approximately once per month). Experience in microscopy, imaging systems, or life science research equipment. Exposure to research institutes, universities, laboratories, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical customers. Experience handling Southeast Asia or APAC markets.
