Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager to support project execution for a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Singapore, coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely project completion. Responsibilities Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines Track and monitor project deliverables to maintain progress visibility Collaborate effectively with internal teams and customer stakeholders to facilitate communication and issue resolution Monitor project timelines and take action to ensure on-time execution Prepare detailed project status reports and maintain accurate project documentation Identify potential project risks or issues and escalate them promptly to relevant parties Required competencies and certifications Strong communication skills demonstrated by clear spoken and written English for effective stakeholder engagement Proven ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders to support project objectives Self-motivation and organizational skills to independently manage tasks and learn continuously Preferred competencies and qualifications 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management supporting project delivery Immediate availability to join the project team
