Key Responsibilities Perform system reviews, tuning, and resilience improvements Provide 24×7 support with shift flexibility Define configuration standards & design guidelines for Windows OS, Citrix & VMware Handle escalations, system recovery& root cause analysis Automate repetitive operational tasks Drive patching and OS/software upgrades Implement and maintain service monitoring Support project phases (design →implementation → handover) Assist with compliance & audit requirements Respond to support tickets, calls, and alerts promptly Functional & Technical Competencies Windows Server 2012/2008, Citrix, VMware, IIS, RDP, SSH Citrix 7.x, NetScaler, StoreFront Server hardening expertise Middleware: Connect:Direct, SSH, IIS Scripting: Batch, PowerShell(preferred) Linux knowledge (added advantage) Certifications (Microsoft/Citrix)
