SINGAPORE BRANCH as a Field Service Technician/Engr to maintain and repair advanced semiconductor inspection equipment, delivering exceptional technical support and service to clients across the region. Responsibilities Perform on-site maintenance and troubleshooting of semiconductor inspection equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime Deliver technical support and guidance to clients, resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction Maintain detailed and accurate records of all service activities and equipment performance reports for quality assurance and continuous improvement Collaborate with the technical team to share knowledge, best practices, and improve service delivery Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment Work independently and as part of a team to meet service objectives and client needs Travel to client sites as required to provide timely on-site support Preferred competencies and qualifications Formal technical qualification in a relevant field such as electronics or engineering 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in technical maintenance or field service roles (Fresh Grad encouraged) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills demonstrated through hands-on equipment repair and maintenance Excellent customer service orientation and effective communication skills to engage with clients professionally Willingness and ability to travel for on-site assignments Other Information Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Ongoing training and development opportunities
