Business Development Executive (Website Development & Digital Marketing)

Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, and events. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients. Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable solutions. Sales You will be responsible for promoting and selling: Website Development Digital Marketing Solutions Responsibilities include: Preparing quotations and proposals using company templates. Following up with prospects and managing the sales pipeline until closure. Building strong relationships with clients and identifying upselling opportunities. Working closely with the Marketing and Project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system. Submit weekly sales reports. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecast. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience . Experience in selling digital marketing, websites, SaaS, IT services, or professional services will be an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Comfortable meeting business owners and decision-makers. Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
