Program Administrator

To lead a team of staff to ensure all logistics activities are well coordinated to meet customers’ requirements. To ensure all inventories are properly managed with accuracy. To be responsible for receiving of goods (Raw Material and FG), work order kitting and all outbound shipment. To ensure all data entries are done timely and accurately. To ensure and monitor respective customer KPIs accordingly. To act as a liaison person between the company and customers on all business-related issues. To ensure billings and payment are prompt at all times. Any other responsibilities as and when assign by his/her superior. Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of working experience in Warehousing / Store Management Good problem solving, interpersonal skills Good organization and time management skills MRP and computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft Office
