Test Lead - Avaloq Core Banking

Responsibilities ∙Leading the project-based test team, providing hands on Avaloq Test Execution activities and enabling it to deliver the highest level of quality across our testing services and practices. ∙Collaborating in defining and maintaining the Test Policy and Test Plan ∙Manage customer relationship with appropriate communication and coordinate testing activities with customer Test Manager ∙Work closely with project manager, development teams and other stakeholders to manage risks and issues. ∙Provide effort estimations and track the test effort to ensure adequate staffing. JD for a Avaloq test lead ∙Report progress to management and clients ∙Manage defects. ∙Manage test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness) ∙Manage tools for testing, tracking defects, statistics and requirements coverage reporting. ∙Document and evaluate the result of the testing, investigate testing deficiencies. ∙Contribute to continuous improvement of Test Management processes and procedures. ∙Lead test automation & leverage test automation in order to optimize the manual test effort/coverage vs automated test effort/coverage. Requirements ∙Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Banking, Finance, Business or Economics ∙Minimum of 7 years of work experience within the banking/Financial industry especially in Testing function. ∙Strong knowledge of Avaloq Wealth Banking applications. ∙Strong knowledge of TestMaster and execution of test cases using TestMaster. ∙Previous Test management experience including leadership experience. ∙Knowledge of both automated and manual testing ∙Modules knowledge in Avaloq Core Platform : oIRT, CRT, Cost & Charges, Book Engine, Rule Engine, Finance. oSDM (e.g. Client Mgmt, CRM, Data Modelling, Reporting Desk) oTech (e.g. Security, Output, Batch & EOD, Batch, Anonymization, Report Writer) oInterfaces (e.g. CAPI, AMI) ∙Strong result orientation and stress resistance ∙Flexibility and openness for changes ∙Strong leadership and organizational skills with an ability to inspire others.
