Key Responsibilities: Spearhead marketing initiatives, business development opportunities, and new market entry plans, including analysis, budget setting, and timelines. Build and leverage in-depth market knowledge, including understanding new product development, market size and potential, key competitors, and consumption patterns. Engage in negotiations related to pricing, customer specifications, and promotional activities to meet client needs. Represent the brand at local and global trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to enhance brand awareness and visibility. Job Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field. Self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude and determination to excel. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and responsively across all organizational levels. Proficiency in presentation, with a strong command of both English and Mandarin (to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking associates). Prior experience in Business Development, particularly within FMCG, F&B, or Hospitality, is an advantage and will ease the learning curve for this role.
