Customer Service Officer (Sports & Recreation)

Join our team at the golf driving range at Arena Country Club, Upper Jurong, Singapore. We are looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to join us as a Customer Service Officer . As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for guests while supporting front desk operations, guest enquiries, event coordination, and daily operations. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome guests and providing a professional front desk service. Handle enquiries, bookings, check-ins, equipment rentals, and provide information on services, promotions, and events. Assist with quotations, event coordinating, and administrative support. Support daily operations and administrative a clean and organized reception area. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, escalating matters to management when required. Promote membership packages, programs, and other services where appropriate. Coordinate closely with operations, F&B, coaching, and events teamsto ensure seamless guest experiences. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality, tourism, business or a related field. Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays. Prior experience in customer service, front‑desk, hospitality, sports, or recreational environments is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and guest‑oriented attitude. Able to multitask, solve problem independently, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and booking systems. Interest in golf or sports is an advantage.
