Warehouse Assistant

About the role We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Telair International Services Pte Ltd in the Seletar North-East Region. What you'll be doing Ensuring correct documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments Carrying out incoming inspection Packing outgoing components and parts Issuing correct spares and quantity to the workshop Ensuring cleanliness of the warehousing area Performing periodical stock-stake and checks Provide administrative support, such as data entry, report generation, and filing Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and procedures Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies Other ad-hoc store duties as assigned What we are looking for Minimal education level: Secondary Education Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Computer Literate (SAP, MS Excel) Able to understand and apply guidelines from manuals Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn What we offer At Telair International Services Pte Ltd, we offer competitive remuneration and a rangeof employee benefits, including: On the Job training provided Good working environment in an international company Competitive package with AWS, annual bonus etc 5 days work week About our company Telair International designs and manufactures state-of-the-art cargo loading systemsand components for all major aircraft manufacturers and airlines worldwide.
