About this role

Job Description – Senior Manager Sales Essential Job Functions: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets while accommodating varied sales cycle demands. Maintain a well-managed sales pipeline and continuously educate customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term business relationships. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects and strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure departmental alignment and mutual support. Innovate within the sales process by introducing process improvements and new technologies. Handle complex sales negotiations and participate in deal closings. Important Public Sector focus, 70%. Key accounts in pursuit MOM, LTA. Prefer MOM connection/experience. TCV Target - 15 mil USD SI Experience - 15 to 20 yrs sales experience SG Citizen preferred, open to PR Avoid short tenure employments Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven track record in sales and sales enablement Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis Ideal candidate to have mandatory experience with public sector accounts and strong background with IT Services sales, focusing on offerings such - ServiceNow, Outsystems, Microsoft and good to have exposure to Salesforce or Pega Minimum 15 to 20 years in the sales industry A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Hunter based role with a focus on growing accounts and bringing in new logos. Key experience in seeking, identifying and qualifying a winning strategy for clients. Other Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus
