Sales Executive (Telecommunications / PBX / ICT) Job Highlights Basic + Uncapped Commission – the more you sell, the more you earn Full training provided – no prior telecom experience required 5-day work week , Bukit Merah (Central, easily accessible) Established company with a strong existing customer base to work from About the Role Join our sales team to promote a full suite of business communication and security solutions — Unified Communications (VoIP), PBX, CCTV, Door Access, and WiFi systems — to SMEs and corporate clients across Singapore. You'll manage both warm leads and new business development, backed by a supportive team and hands-on product training. What You'll Do Conduct outbound sales calls and client meetings — existing accounts, warm leads, and cold calling Sell across our product range: VoIP/UC, PBX, CCTV, Door Access, WiFi solutions Prepare sales quotations and coordinate deployment schedules with our technical team Maintain daily/weekly sales activity reports Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business What We're Looking For A driven, sales-focused individual who enjoys the hunt and thrives on closing deals Prior experience in cold calling or B2B sales is a plus — but not essential, as full training is provided Good interpersonal and communication skills Minimum Professional Certificate / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent Comfortable with MS Outlook, Excel & Word Why Join Us Friendly, supportive team environment Clear earning potential through commission — top performers are rewarded Opportunity to grow into senior sales or account management roles Based in Bukit Merah Industrial Park
