Property Leasing Executive (Residential & Commercial)

Salary: SGD $3,500 – $4,000 per month Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Location: Central, Singapore About the Role If you enjoy interacting with people, have a passion for real estate, and are looking for a stable, office-based role with regular working hours, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Understand clients' residential and commercial property requirements and recommend suitable leasing options. Arrange and coordinate property viewings with clients, landlords, and relevant parties. Provide professional advice on the Singapore leasing market and guide clients throughout the leasing process. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, corporate clients, and business partners. Assist with rental negotiations and coordinate lease terms between all parties. Prepare tenancy agreements, renewal agreements, termination notices, statements of accounts, and other leasing documentation. Maintain accurate client records, property listings, and leasing databases. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of leasing transactions. Provide prompt follow-up and after-sales support to clients. Ensure all leasing activities comply with CEA regulations and company policies. Requirements Possess a valid CEA Salesperson Licence. At least 2 years of experience in residential leasing in Singapore. Experience in commercial leasing will be an advantage. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
