Data Entry Assistant (6-Month Contract) Location: Tuas Working hours: Mon – Fri; 8.30am – 5,30pm 2-way company transport provided (pick-up/drop-off at Jurong East MRT) Job Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry of finance-related documents and records into the company's system. Verify data for completeness and accuracy before processing. Assist in organizing, filing, and maintaining finance documents in both physical and electronic formats. Perform basic administrative duties, including document scanning, photocopying, and filing. Support the Finance team with any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned. Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Immediate or short notice candidates will be preferred.
