Asst Mechanical Design Engineer (West), Up To $3,300

Location: Pandan Crescent (Nearest MRT Station - Haw Par Villa) Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday Salary: $2,500 – $3,300 (depending on experience) Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Mechanical Engineer to support our Design and Engineering team in developing mechanical components and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and hands-on experience in CAD drafting. This role works closely with senior designers and engineers on a variety of design and product development projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies Prepare and modify technical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD and/or 3D CAD software Support Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation and updates Review technical specifications for materials, parts, and components Maintain and organize engineering drawings, documentation, and records Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams Participate in project discussions and technical meetings as required Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting is essential) Basic understanding of mechanical engineering drawings and design principles Familiarity with 3D CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor) is an advantage Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills Interested applicants, please email your resume to lilian@juhlerprofessionals.com.sg Tan Li Lian EA 01C3135 Reg R1100465
