Machinery Mechanic

Job Responsibilities Carry out preventive maintenance and repair of grouting and construction machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engine faults. Maintain and repair Jet Grouting rigs, Fissure Grouting equipment, TAM Grouting equipment, high-pressure pumps, air compressors, diesel generators, mixers, and grout plants. Perform servicing, replacement of worn parts, and equipment overhauls. Conduct daily inspections and ensure machinery is in safe working condition before deployment. Attend site breakdowns and provide timely repair support to minimize downtime. Maintain maintenance records and service reports. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures. Coordinate with site supervisors and operators to schedule maintenance activities. Assist in equipment mobilization, testing, and commissioning. Job Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in servicing construction or ground improvement machinery. Experience with Jet Grouting, Fissure Grouting, or TAM Grouting equipment is preferred. Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and high-pressure pumping equipment. Ability to read technical manuals and mechanical drawings. Able to diagnose and repair machinery independently. Physically fit and willing to work outdoors and travel to project sites. Good teamwork and communication skills. Willing to work overtime or attend emergency breakdowns when required.
