Sales And Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Promote products to new customers and service existing accounts using the system database to maintain client relationships Develop new customer value propositions and strategically manage key customer accounts to drive business growth Achieve sales revenue targets for assigned customer segments or centres through effective sales strategies Manage daily sales and marketing activities to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at centre(s) Collaborate with operations and internal teams to optimize resources and maximize centre revenue while maintaining seamless customer service Ensure all initiatives comply with local regulatory agency rules and regulations, including MOH guidelines Conduct monthly business performance reviews with the management team to track progress and identify improvement areas Assist in preparing and distributing sales and marketing materials to the customer base to support promotional efforts Provide timely ad-hoc support to the after-sales department to follow through on customer requests and appointments Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate strong client engagement and business negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships Apply a strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue performance and business outcomes Engage effectively with internal stakeholders to align sales and marketing efforts Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, and the manufacturing industry Exhibit a team player attitude and collaborative spirit to contribute positively to team goals
