Job Scope Assist in the installation of residential and commercial air-conditioning and refrigerator systems Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of air-conditioners Diagnose and troubleshoot air-conditioning faults Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, fan motors, capacitors, thermostats. Carry out chemical washing and chemical overhaul of air-conditioning units Clean and service indoor and outdoor units, including filters, coils, and drainage systems Test and commission newly installed air-conditioning systems Perform maintenance on mechanical ventilation and exhaust fan systems Ensure all work complies with workplace safety regulations and company procedures Complete service reports and update maintenance records Respond to customer service calls and provide basic technical advice to clients Handle emergency repair and breakdown calls when required Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good condition Requirements Experience in air-conditioning, refrigerator servicing, and repair Able to carry out basic electrical and maintenance works Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge Able to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable working at heights when necessary Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving licence (preferred for field servicing roles) Willing to work overtime when required
