We’re seeking a future team member for the role of APAC Site Support to join our CAO team. This role is located in Singapore. The Vice President, Program and Project Management operates within the General Management/Business Operations function, focusing on leading complex programs and projects vital to achieving BNY's strategic objectives. This role plays a crucial part in advancing BNY's commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and client-centric solutions. By aligning projects with BNY's Pillars and Principles, the Vice President ensures that initiatives not only achieve business goals but also enhance client satisfaction and organizational growth. The incumbent is expected to drive strategic projects with precision, leveraging their expertise to influence outcomes and navigate challenges. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Support the development of site culture and identity by coordinating engagement initiatives, ensuring activities reflect BNY’s brand and values across APAC Sites. Coordinate and execute the site employee engagement calendar (e.g., welcome events, town halls, lunch-and-learns, recognition moments), ensuring logistics, communications, and AV/VC readiness are in place; escalate blockers to Site Leads. Partner with the People Team to support recruitment and early-careers programming (interns and campus analysts), including event coordination, candidate days, and campus outreach; maintain relationships with local universities under Site Lead direction. Assist in community relationship efforts by coordinating outreach to local government, non-profits, and partners for volunteer and networking events; track activities and outcomes for reporting. Prepare drafts and coordinate location-wide communications and materials for Site Executives; maintain content calendars and assist in crafting talking points, decks, and site newsletters. Support planning and onsite coordination for high-profile visits and enterprise-wide engagement events; manage run-of-show, room readiness, vendor liaison, and attendee experience. Maintain project plans, trackers, and SOPs/playbooks for site programs; drive follow-ups to closure and document lessons learned to improve future delivery. Monitor risk, issues, and dependencies across site activities; maintain logs, execute mitigation steps, and escalate decisions with cost/impact to Site Leads. Produce concise dashboards and status reports (e.g., event metrics, participation, feedback themes) to inform Site Leads and stakeholders. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or equivalent education/experience. Typically 5-10 years of experience in site operations, employee engagement, events coordination, project coordination, or community relations. Strong project management and execution skills; able to manage multiple concurrent activities and deadlines. Strong leadership and cross functional team collaboration abilities Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); adept at drafting executive-facing materials and site-wide messages. Ability to build relationships and collaborate across local and global teams; consensus-building mindset.
