Find out what we do on IG (buildersbox) and FB (thebuildersbox). About the role This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Singapore. Only open to Singaporeans or Singapore PR applicants. In this role, you will be one of the pioneering Interior Designers for TBB. As part of our pioneering ID team, you will have a direct hand in shaping the company's direction. As you help us grow, you will have the opportunity to progress into leadership and negotiate higher commissions or company stakes that truly commensurate with your contributions. A typical scope will require you to deliver exceptional and functional spaces based on our clients' brief. You will have to plan and manage the project timeline and works to be on time and on target. You will also have to support in business development by bringing in leads andconverting leads to customers. What you'll be doing · Consult with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences · Conduct site surveys and measurements to gather necessary information · Produce detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualisations to bring clients’ visions to life · Select and sourcing appropriate materials, furnishings, and decor elements · Plan project timeline and work-in-progressupdates for various stakeholders. · Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution · Oversee the installation and implementation of the final design. · Conduct site visits to monitor design execution and quality of work. · Ensure compliance to safety and regulatory requirements. · Provide post-completion support and addressing any client queries or concerns · Develop sales pipeline by converting leads from the company’s network, and bringing in your own leads and customers. What we'relooking for · A degree, diploma or background in Interior Design or a related field · At least 3 years of practical experience in a relevant industry · Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite · Excellent understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and material selection · Able to translate client requirements intoinnovative, functional, and visually appealing designs · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment · Able to commence work within a short notice period What we offer The Builder’s Box is committed to providing our team with a supportive work environment.
