Job Summary We are seeking a creative, skilled, and personable Hairstylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of hair services, a strong sense of style, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities Consult with clients to identify their hair goals and recommend suitable styles and treatments Cut, trim, and shape hair to achieve desired client looks Style hair using techniques such as blowouts, updos, and braiding to enhance client appearance Apply hair coloring, highlighting, and bleaching services safely and effectively Perform hair treatments including deep conditioning and keratin to improve hair health Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of salon tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure a safe environment Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business Stay updated on current industry trends, styles, and techniques to provide modern services Recommend and promote salon products and services to clients to support retail sales Keep accurate records of services performed, treatments applied, and products used Follow all health and safety guidelines to comply with salon and regulatory standards Preferred competencies and qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a hairstylist or hairdresser
