Business Analyst – F&B Digital Solutions (1-year contract) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the enhancement and delivery of F&B digital solutions within a leading hospitality environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document business processes and support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops. Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications and process flows. Work closely with Project Managers, developers and vendors. Support UAT planning, execution and defect management. Review enhancement requests and assess business impact. Maintain project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle. Requirements 4–8 years of Business Analysis experience. Experience in hospitality, F&B or retail environments is highly preferred. Strong documentation and business process mapping skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience supporting Agile and/or Waterfall projects. Familiarity with POS, kiosk, QR ordering or customer-facing digital platforms is advantageous.
