Project Manager – F&B Digital Solutions (1-year contract) Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to support the enhancement, deployment and continuous improvement of F&B digital solutions, including kiosk and QR ordering platforms across multiple outlets. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of F&B digital initiatives. Drive enhancements, deployments and BAU improvements. Coordinate IT, operations and vendor teams. Work closely with outlet managers and frontline staff. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams. Support UAT, training and go-live activities. Monitor project risks and provide regular stakeholder updates. Requirements Experience delivering F&B, hospitality or retail technology projects. Experience with POS, kiosk, QR ordering or digital ordering platforms is highly preferred. Strong operational project management experience. Excellent communication skills. Vendor management experience. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
