What are the main responsibilities of a 2D / 3D Designer? • Responsible for conceptualising and producing creative 2D and 3D designs for events, exhibitions, roadshows, conferences, product launches and other marketing activities. • Develop3D perspectives, event layouts, stage designs, exhibition booths and space planning according to clients' requirements. • Create artwork adaptations, production artwork and presentation materials while ensuring brand consistency and design accuracy. • Work closely with the sales, project and event operations teams to translate concepts into practical and buildable designs. • Liaise with suppliers, production partners and fabricators to ensure designs are technically feasible and production-ready. • Prepare print-ready artwork and production files with proper specifications and dimensions. • Revise and improve designs based on clients' feedback while meeting project timelines and deadlines. • Attend client meetings, site recce and project discussions whenever necessary to better understand project requirements. • Stay updated with current design trends, materials and production techniques to continuously introduce fresh ideas and creative solutions. • Assist in any other design-related duties necessary for the successful completion of projects. Other Key Requirements: • Able to work in accordance with project timelines and event schedules when required. • Positive learning attitude with excellent creativity, communication and organizational skills. • A team player who is resourceful, meticulous and enjoys solving creative challenges. • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimum supervision. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D or equivalent. • Basic knowledge of production materials, fabrication processes and event construction will be an added advantage. 3.
