Clinic Assistant

Clinic Assistant (Full-Time) We are a private cardiology practice with three specialist clinics located at Mount Elizabeth Orchard, Mount Elizabeth Novena and Gleneagles Hospital. We are looking for a friendly and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Patient registration and appointment scheduling Front desk reception and administrative duties Arrange hospital facility bookings for procedures Assist with clinic operations and patient coordination Rotate between our three clinic locations as part of the role Requirements Friendly and pleasant personality with a good service attitude Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a hospital setting Relevant clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage, but not required Working Hours Full-time 5.5-day work week (Office hours) Take turns to carry the clinic on-call phone after office hours according to the roster (shared among the team).
