✨Job Description We are seeking a capable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / Section Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive operational excellence. This role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising a team, and ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and movement of goods across inbound and outbound processes. ⏰ Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9am - 5:30pm Alternate Sat: 9am - 1pm 📍Location: Jurong, West side 💰 Salary & Benefits💵 Up to $2800/month 💼Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the warehouse operations team in ensuring smooth operations and fulfilling customer's satisfaction levels Oversee daily operations including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of goods Plan and allocate manpower resources effectively, taking cost efficiency into consideration Provide guidance and training to junior staff and new hires Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and procedures Promote a positive work environment, supporting both physical and mental well-being of team members Prepare reports on warehouse performance and recommend areas for improvement Perform any other duties as assigned by management 👀 Requirements ✔️ Singaporeans & PRs only ✔️Min 2 years experience in team leadership or exposure to supervisory responsibilities ✔️Experience in Warehouse Operations is highly advantageous ✔️ Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling ✔️ License in Forklift is required ✔️ Responsible and able to work in a team environment 👕 Perks Company Transport provided 🚀 Start immediately & gain experience!
