About this role
Working Hours: 9AM-6PM (MON-FRI) Location: 7 Gul Circle / 27 Greenwich Drive Job Scope Perform 1st-level troubleshooting and repairs for M&E systems across warehouses, offices, and buildings. Liaise with subcontractors on maintenance projects and guide building Alteration & Addition (A&A) works. Deliver prompt support and response times for maintenance requests raised by internal teams. Handle reporting, track utility readings, and source vendor quotations for facility matters. Strict adherence to the Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy at all times Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Technician in a Facility Management/ Estate Management or related disciplines. Strong hands-on technical skills in Mechanical, Electrical and Building Works. Strong in supervision skills for all contractor works.
