Working Hour: Mon-Fri | 8.30am-5.30pm Salary: Up to $4,500.00 Job Description: Develop new supply sources when existing vendors and suppliers are inadequate. Identify potential suppliers to secure cost-effective materials for construction projects. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best terms, including pricing, quality, and delivery schedules. Issue purchase orders, source materials, liaise, negotiate, and follow up with suppliers on documentation, pricing, and quality control. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and minimize project delays. Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing activities with current and long-term sourcing needs. Maintain proper filing and documentation of procurement records for compliance and audit purposes. Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks related to procurement. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior. Requirements: Diploma or equivalent in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in construction purchasing or procurement. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Knowledge of construction materials and supply chain processes is an advantage.
