Condominium Technician

Recruitment: Condominium Technician Scope works: 1. Hand on troubleshooting electrical trip issues and replacing light tubes and bulbs. 2. Hand on replacing water taps / WC leakage issues. 3. Knowledge of the water pumps system in the fish pond and water tanks. 4. Supervision of Works-Monitors daily site activities to ensure the contractor follows the approved scope, method statements, and work schedule. 5. Quality Control-Checks that repairs (e.g. cracks, spalling concrete, waterproofing) and painting works meet required standards and specifications before, during, and after completion. 6. Compliance & Safety-Ensures all works comply with regulations, safety requirements, and good industry practices (including MOM safety rules and BCA guidelines). 7. Inspection & Reporting-Carries out inspections, highlights defects, and submits regular progress and quality reports to the Estate Manager. 8. Able to call back to work after working hours if required. Salary: $2500-$2800 Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
