Responsibilities Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, skin boosters, fillers), Pico Laser, Helio laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts to achieve optimal patient outcomes Develop and recommend personalized patient treatment plans based on thorough assessment of patient concerns and clinical indications Conduct detailed patient consultations to educate and advise on treatment options, expected results, and care protocols Monitor and review patient progress regularly to adjust treatment plans and ensure high standards of care and safety Manage patient enquiries effectively, providing clear information about treatment courses and addressing concerns to enhance patient satisfaction Train and mentor clinical staff on aesthetic procedures and patient care standards to maintain consistent service quality Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace environment that supports performance excellence and patient-centered care Promote a friendly, warm, and exceptional patient experience throughout all clinical interactions Required competencies and certifications Medical degree such as MBBS, MBChB, MBBCh, MD, or equivalent Registration as a medical doctor with the Singapore Medical Council Attainment of all relevant Certificate of Competence (COCs) for aesthetic procedures
