Part-Time Clinic Receptionist

Job Description: Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors. Opening/closing of the clinic. Managing the front desk, including answering phone calls WhatsApp messages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining appointment calendars. Collecting patient information and updating electronic health records. Coordinating patient flow, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out including assisting with billing processes Handling patient inquiries and providing general information about the clinic's services. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information. Requirements: On-job training provided for part-time reception position. Students currently enrolled in related courses are welcome. Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are required. Willing to learn new skills. Working Hours: Weekdays: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM Occasional morning shifts: 7:45 AM – 12:30 PM Full-day shifts may be required when necessary Alternate Saturdays required Schedule to be discussed and confirmed with successful candidate Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays Remuneration: Hourly rate for part-time positions
