Digital Marketing Executive

The Role We are seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Executive to support our brand awareness, student recruitment, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, social impact, and creating engaging digital content that connects with families, partners, and the wider community. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Content Creation • Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. • Develop engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, newsletters, and website updates. • Manage social media calendars and ensure timely content publishing. • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels. • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and insights. • Respond to enquiries and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. • Capture and edit photos and videos of school and community activities. Events & Community Engagement • Plan and coordinate student gatherings, staff celebrations, and community events such as career fairs. • Plan and oversee the school's annual recitals and performances, ensuring smooth execution from pre-event preparation to event day operations. • Support internal communications and staff engagement initiatives. • Help build and nurture online communities and partnerships. Website & SEO • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. • Implement basic SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings. • Coordinate with external vendors or designers when required. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related discipline. • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation. • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools • Team Player who thrives in a collaborative start up environment • Independent thinker with a growth mindset •Love for children This is more than a marketing role—it is an opportunity to amplify the voices, celebrate the achievements, and create meaningful opportunities for a community of extraordinary individuals and their families.
