Job Duties: Register New/Recurring Patients Collect Payment from Patients Perform In-house Procedures such as Lung Function Test, Skin Prick Allergy Test, Infleunza Test etc (training will be provided) Handle Phone Calls from New/Recurring Patients Submission of Medical Insurance Claims Booking and Confirming Patients' Appointment StockTake (Monthly) End Day Settlement & Month End Settlement for Accounts Any Other Ad-Hoc Duties Assigned by the Management Working Hours: Monday to Friday (0830 to 1730) Saturday (0830 to 1230) Benefits: AWS (13-month bonus) Medical Benefit Overtime Allowance Able to converse in English is a must Able to converse in Chinese/Malay/Tamil or Dialects is a plus point Minimum GCE "O" level. No experience required (Fresh Graduate/Career Conversion are welcomed) Good interpersonal skill and customer service skill is a plus point Able to adjust to fast paced environment and being independent Hardworking, willing to learn and responsible attitude
