Key Responsibilities Customer & Client Engagement Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions. Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve campaign performance. Understand customer needs and deliver excellent service. Sales Support Assist with customer acquisition and lead generation activities. Support campaign planning, reporting, and administrative tasks. Work closely with the sales team to achieve performance targets. Campaign Execution Represent brands at events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns. Help execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
