Clinic Assistant Cum Therapist (Dermatology Specialist Clinic)

Clinic assistant/Therapist Part-time/Full time (negotiable) Central location, near MRT Office hours: Monday to Fri (9 to 530 pm), Sat (half day 9 to 1pm) Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of clinic, general administrative duties and housekeeping (including stock taking, inventory keeping, device maintenance) Dispense medications Booking of appointments and handling general enquiries Support doctor in daily operations and assist in procedures (including lasers, minor surgeries, aesthetic/cosmetic procedures, injections) Should be able to handle, prepare and autoclave surgical instruments Be comfortable with learning and performing nurse-led aesthetic treatments (hydra-facials etc) Give post-procedure, skin care advice to patient Be able to do basic wound care, basic wound dressing Be comfortable with young children Team player, responsible, attention to details Keen to learn, training can be provided Service-oriented, friendly to patients Other ad-hoc administrative or clinic duties Qualifications: Minimum GCE “O” Levels Relevant working experience preferred Proficient in MS office (word/excel) and basic IT skills Enrolled/registered nurses are welcome to apply Work Location: In person
