Store Technician

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair of store equipment, fixtures, and appliances Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition Support new store setups and layout changes Maintain tools and manage stock of maintenance supplies Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and servicing Manage supplier contact lists and coordinate quotations and service schedules Handle invoice management and documentation for maintenance-related work Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient manner Ensure all work complies with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Requirements: NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or a related technical field Prior experience in general maintenance, preferably in retail or F&B Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Organized and responsive, with good time management skills Able to work independently and travel across islandwide store locations Physically fit and willing to handle manual tasks Possession of a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license is an advantage
