Serve tables and provide direct floor service to guests as the primary responsibility, ensuring timely, attentive, and professional service. 2. Supervise front-of-house and bar teams to maintain service standards, grooming, punctuality, cleanliness, and teamwork. 3. Coordinate reservations, table allocations, guest requests, events, and interdepartmental communication. 4. Handle guest feedback, complaints, service recovery, and escalations professionally within authorised limits. 5. Support stock control, cash handling procedures, sales reporting, staff briefings, and daily operational checklists. 6. Ensure compliance with Company policies, licensing requirements, hygiene standards, and workplace safety rules. What We're Looking For Friendly, confident and well-groomed. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Team player with a positive attitude. Able to work weekends, public holidays and evening shifts.
