We are working with a global media firm to hire for a Legal Counsel role in Singapore. Key Responsibilities Advise on IP matters (trademarks, copyrights, licensing, enforcement) Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (licensing, SaaS, distribution, NDAs) Manage IP portfolio and support product/branding initiatives Support corporate transactions (M&A, JVs, investments) and due diligence Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance Requirements Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Singapore Experience across IP, commercial contracts, and corporate work Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Commercially pragmatic and adaptable
