Roles & Responsibilities At The Straits Eye Centre , we believe that exceptional patient care starts with a well-run clinic. As a Clinic Executive , you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, creating a welcoming environment, and supporting both our medical team and patients. Your Role: Ensure a high level of customer service, addressing patient needs with care and efficiency Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient care Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and registration with a friendly approach Handle billing, insurance claims, and Medisave submissions accurately Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality Provide front desk support, assisting with patient inquiries and concerns Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and staff to optimize workflow Manage clinic inventory and ensure medical supplies are well-stocked Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements Who We’re Looking For: ✔ Diploma or degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field ✔ Experience in clinic operations or healthcare administration preferred ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic environment ✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance patient experience ✔ A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
