Sales Executive (No Commission) Working Days: 5 days’ work week, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Office Location: Sungei Kadut Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 + $800 transport allowance + $600 petrol card + $120 phone allowance Responsibilities: To achieve sales target set by management Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry Identify opportunities from construction market and potential client for growth Maintain and manage excellent customer relationship while understanding customer needs and delivers value Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developer, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc) Serve as a role model who embraces company vision, mission and values, with emphasis on personal accountability, business acumen and disciplined execution Keeps a close update on the site progress and provide material forecast effectively Work with the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development Work with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments Provide solution on case-to-case basis to customer Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry Must possess own car / motorbike Chan Kai Wen Reg R23114137 THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE LTD EA No: 14C7279
