0731 - Warehouse Assistant (Forklift License / Up To $2600 + Ot)

Role: Warehouse Assistant (East / Up to $2600 + OT) Singapore Based (Loyang) 5.5 Working Days, Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm), Saturday (8am – 12pm) Salary: $1900 - $2600 + AWS + PB (depends on performance) + OT (if required) At least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience Experience in operating forklift truck will be an advantage Career Progression Opportunities Responsibilities: Assist in daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow. Receive, check quantity & quality, and sort incoming goods (parts and supplies). Store items neatly and accessibly in the warehouse. Receive and process incoming requisitions and issue parts and supplies for delivery. Pick and pack items for delivery based on requests. Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock locations. Examine, segregate returned goods and notify relevant internal departments. Ensure all stock areas are kept clear & tidy for ease of picking and in line with safety requirements. Participate in regular stock-take exercises and perform ad-hoc warehousing duties when required. Liaise with forwarder, confirm delivery terms with supplier and provide invoice and packing list to the forwarder. Support in preparation of shipping / freight-forwarding documentation. Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
