Specialist Clinic Manager [Supervision/ Operation/ Plato Software] - East/ Orchard | $6K [0580]

Working Location: East/ Orchard Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5pm Saturday: 8.30am to 1pm Sunday and Public Holiday closed Salary: $4,500 - $6,000 Job Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth clinic workflow. * Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, phone enquiries and cashiering. * Supervise clinic staff and ensure duties are carried out efficiently and professionally. * Coordinate doctor’s consultation sessions, minor clinic procedures, inpatient procedure arrangements and patient follow-ups. * Liaise with insurance companies on claims, pre-authorisations, Letter of Guarantee and related matters. * Handle patient enquirie * Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, billing, payments and clinic transactions * Tabulate and reconcile daily clinic financial takings and transactions * Manage clinic inventory, including stock take, replenishment of supplies and medication inventory * Assist with medication dispensing and ensure proper documentation is maintained * Support clinic administrative matters, including reports, filing, claims and operational coordination * Ensure clinic compliance with internal procedures, infection control, workplace safety and service standards * Coordinate staff roster, leave planning and manpower arrangement between 2 clinics when required * Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the doctor or management Job Requirements: - With relevant working experience as clinic manager * Experience in private / specialist clinic setting will be an advantage * Able to supervise clinic staff and manage day-to-day clinic operations independently * Experience with Plato software The Supreme HR Advisory Pte.
