Salary: $2500 - $3500 Working Days: 5 Days | 9 Hours / Day Working Location: Orchard / Raffles Place (TBC) Job Scope: Manage Food Preparation and Production (omakase concept) Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients. Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
